We understand that plans can change. Here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through our booking platform. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued based on our cancellation policy outlined above. We do not offer refunds for no-shows or for unused portions of a reservation once the stay has begun.
In the rare case of an error on our part (such as double-booking or inability to provide the promised service), we will issue a full refund or offer an alternative arrangement at no extra cost to the customer.
